Velvet One is an iPhone productivity, workflow, communication, and access-management application designed to organize professional categories, structured requests, roles, communications, and preliminary deal-initiation workflows across multiple industries, including Mining, Oil, Agriculture, Finance, Real Estate, Aviation, Yacht, Cars, and Luxury-related sectors.

Velvet One does not act as a broker, exchange, escrow service, payment processor, commodity trading platform, financial institution, investment advisor, real estate agency, aviation operator, yacht broker, transaction execution platform, or regulated intermediary.

The application does not verify, approve, validate, certify, finance, settle, insure, transport, store, broker, execute, or guarantee any transaction, product, asset, user, document, or counterparty.

We collect limited personal and professional information necessary to operate the application, manage access, maintain security, improve functionality, and support communications between users. This may include names, company information, positions, email addresses, WhatsApp numbers, selected categories, selected items, access requests, generated PINs, profile data, communications, and app usage information.

Certain categories or items available within Velvet One may relate to sensitive, regulated, strategic, dual-use, restricted, or high-value industries or commodities, including mining materials, precious metals, uranium-related materials, oil and petroleum products, aviation assets, financial-related sectors, luxury assets, and other regulated goods.

Users remain solely and entirely responsible for complying with all applicable local and international laws, regulations, sanctions programs, export controls, licensing obligations, tax requirements, anti-money laundering obligations, customs obligations, counterparty verification requirements, and regulatory approvals.

Velvet One reserves the right to suspend, restrict, review, monitor, or terminate access where security, legal, compliance, reputational, or misuse concerns arise.

Velvet One may cooperate with competent authorities where legally required.

Velvet One is currently operated by Romain Tixier pending incorporation of the future operating entity.
