Support does not include transaction verification, legal advice, financial advice, brokerage services, compliance approval, counterparty validation, payment handling, escrow services, product authentication, or transaction execution assistance.

Users remain solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence, compliance checks, sanctions verification, licensing verification, legal review, and independent transaction assessments outside the application.

Velvet One reserves the right to restrict, suspend, review, or permanently terminate access where misuse, suspicious activity, regulatory exposure, reputational risk, compliance concerns, or security threats are identified.
