Term — VELVET ONE

By accessing or using Velvet One, you agree to these Terms of Use.

Velvet One is an iPhone productivity, workflow, communication, networking, and preliminary deal-initiation application intended exclusively for organizational and professional coordination purposes.

Velvet One does not act as a broker, exchange, escrow service, payment processor, financial institution, investment platform, commodity trading platform, real estate agency, aviation operator, yacht broker, regulated intermediary, or transaction execution service.

The application does not verify, authenticate, certify, validate, guarantee, broker, finance, insure, settle, transport, store, execute, or complete transactions.

Any request, communication, offer, workflow, discussion, interaction, or potential transaction initiated through the application remains solely and entirely the responsibility of the users involved.

Users are solely responsible for:

* conducting due diligence,

* verifying counterparties,

* verifying ownership,

* confirming legality,

* reviewing documentation,

* complying with sanctions regulations,

* complying with export controls,

* obtaining required licenses,

* complying with anti-money laundering obligations,

* complying with tax obligations,

* complying with customs obligations,

* and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Certain categories, industries, products, or discussions available within Velvet One may involve sensitive, strategic, regulated, restricted, dual-use, or high-value sectors, including Mining, Oil, Agriculture, Finance, Aviation, Real Estate, Yacht, Cars, Luxury-related industries, uranium-related materials, precious metals, petroleum products, and other regulated commodities or assets.

Velvet One does not verify the legality, authenticity, ownership, origin, availability, transportability, certification, licensing status, or regulatory status of any product, service, user, company, document, or asset discussed through the application.

Users may not use Velvet One for:

* illegal activities,

* fraudulent activities,

* sanctions evasion,

* prohibited trade,

* unauthorized regulated activities,

* money laundering,

* terrorist financing,

* corruption,

* bribery,

* false documentation,

* counterfeit goods,

* stolen goods,

* prohibited nuclear-related activities,

* or any activity violating applicable laws or regulations.

Velvet One reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to review, monitor, restrict, suspend, terminate, or report accounts, communications, content, categories, requests, items, or activities where legal, compliance, reputational, operational, or security concerns arise.

Velvet One may cooperate with competent authorities where legally required.

All use of Velvet One is at the user’s own risk.

Velvet One disclaims, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, all liability arising from the use of the application, user interactions, communications, requests, transactions, third-party conduct, or external agreements conducted outside the application.

Velvet One is currently operated by Romain Tixier pending incorporation of the future operating entity.
